Hi, i dont know why one person has linked my page to this question?. Perhaps someone could explain or e-mail me the answer to that.
I think its up to the individual. But i think there are some genuine reasons to report people who are simply on here to abuse this site and to upset others.
At the end of the day it is up to Yahoo moderators of this Yahoo Answers to determin if the complaint is suported by them.
It is possible to complain about lots of peoples questions,comments and answers - including my own.
But then there has to be some flexibility, else Yahoo answers will be stuck to robotic style ,politically correct sanatized questions and answers.
As it is there is that many constraints in Yahoo's Answers guidlines for posting and answering, that one could spend hours just posting reports for probably 70% of the questions.
Part of the problem is that the questions and answers are open to interpretation of the reader... for example you may express a personal opion with some sarcasm and humar... but to the reader (whomever they may be) may interpret it as insultive, arguementative etc.
To me if i post a question that i feel is well thought out and i get a silly answer , i dont care. I posted a question about a motorcycle problem with my Honda and one answer was 'get a Harley, not a rice-racer'. But that was just his opinon , i didnt report him over it, that would be stupid.
Anyway if someone could explain why one of the answers has linked to my profile, i would be grateful.

I know what you are saying. It really makes giving honest answers really hard. If they don't like someones answers why don't they just go answer someone else's?
