Some people get a kick out of picking on the weak or different. In reality it only makes the person bullying look bad.

I think that the person doing the bullying feels that he or she has no control in other areas in their life they have to try and control other what they perceive as weaker people...they have some major problems. I remember meeting a girl who bullied me in Jr High School years later and we talked and laughed like we were old friends...I think it takes time and distance to mend those perceptions and she obviously had done some serious growing up and work on herself.
I think those who are in the midst of doing the bullying should get help asap because it could ruin their lives and compel other innocent people to seek help themselves for the damage they cause.

It does make the bully look bad ; but it also might cause inner pain or suffering to the other person . The bully is usually one who was bullied himself ; has a severe personality disorder , or is a psychopathic sadist .

I think people who bully are jealous . They feel bad about there self . For attention.I think since they are misserable they dont want anyone happy .
