Yes there are lots. Go to a large or special boat store, or to a camper dealer. Both will have many to select from. As well as info on use.

Of course. You can go to any automotive stores and pickup headlight lamps. You can power them with any 12 volt batteries.
Or, you can also go to home improvement stores and purchase low voltage light bulbs.
You didn't tell me the use, requirements, or particular battery you are going to use. So I cannot give you any particular types to look for.

get one of those 1,000,000 candle power lights....they are 12V portable but dont last long on a charge due to the amperage draw...
