If he's the shy type then you have to get your feelings for him out in the open but if he's the outgoing type of guy then let him come to you. It might take some time but if her likes you will come around. Just give it time.

tell him that you like him. but if he is ure best friend think about the risk. are u willing to tell him that u like him and he might say he does not like you. are u willing to let ure friendship be uncomfortable for a while at then beginning. but on other han it might be different. he might like u too and u guys might date.do waht ure heart tells u to do.
