P.A is used in different professions for various meaning gs, below are a few:
P.A. in Medical terms means a Physicians Assistant.
P.A. in Law has 2 meanings: #1--Power of Attorney.
#2--Prosecuting Attorney.
P.A. in general use for doing something yearly is referred to as P.A.--Per Annum.

I dont think the letters P.A. should come after MD. MD stands for Medical Doctor and P.A. stands for Physicans Assistant and they arent doctors...
