Someone stopped by to tell me that...my phone is disconnected.
I can call out and it works fine but had my friend try to call me back and it said the phone was disconnected??????
I called Comshaft because we have cable phone now for about three months.
They said that ...They were experiencing a high volume of callers right now and would have to call me back tomorrow.
I just laughed and said Ok call me tomorrow at 9:00AM!
When they call tomorrow and it say's the phone is disconnected do you think they will get it and just come fix it?
It's just to hillarious to even get mad!

Funny i've had 3 service calls this month because of my Comcast Cable TV service. One guy came out changed my splitter all the connectors. Still had the prolem next guy comes out changes all my cable boxes. Still have the prolem. Next guy come out today tells me as soon as he walks in the door he can't fix the prolem, he said 90% of his service calls in the last 2 months were all for the same prolem. Here it's a prolem Comcast is having but doesn't want their customers to know. So for right now my cable is free.
