go to your local school board and ask for activities director. they will give you proper paperwork to apply for after school activity. Maybe they would let you use their facilities if supervised properly.

Apply at a local dance studio. Or, set one up yourself if you have the room.

My daughter was in a poms team last year (she's 8 now). But, sadly the instructor was not a very good one so no parent signed up again. It was such a fun thing for her, she loved it. I wish someone would have the guts and talent to do another one here.

Have you tried to make up any flyers? If you haven't, then try to do so. Pass them out at the parks in your neighborhood or wherever. Go to local rec centers and speak to people there about it. Also try to go to area schools or churches to see if you can talk to anyone there. This can be a positive outlet for children and don't give up on your idea. Also, word of mouth can go a long way.

depending on the age group you could go to your locate school and meet with the principle. Or recreational center or boys and girls club.
