My Monsoon Forecasting Software is far superior to any other model or procedure currently in use anywhere. My methodology is very difficult, but the reports are very simple and precise. I do not know who will spend his time over my reports. At present I can give regionwise fortnightly forecasts (daily forecasts are also possible but too time consuming)for entire Indian subcontinent many years in advance with 100% reliability for nearly 90% of regions.

Try sending to IMD - INDIAN METEOROLOGICAL DEPARTMENT . But be a bit careful and check whether they don't exploit you . Also try to contact INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, any of the Regional Engineering Colleges or Department of Science and Technology of the Indian Government .Or if you have a lot of money , start your own company .

I would suggest you to send the reports to our president Mr.Abdul kalam. May be he will direct your reports to the right hands that might give you a bright future. Cause if u send this to IIT or any repute institution am sure they will not let your name out.. the worst part is that they might publicise your report as their own achievement getting the name and fame without any efforts...
