does anyone know anything about it? My friend just became my roommate, and we cancelled the AOL and got People PC because it's alot cheaper, but it is moving so so so slow. I tried to get on Myspace this morning, and it wouldn't let me do anything. We've had dial up the whole time, but the AOL was much faster, Is this a common problem with People PC or should we call tech support and have them try to fix whatever the problem is?? We're both not 'the brightest crayons in the box' when it comes to computers and technical stuff, so any help would be appreciated.... Thanks

If you did not uninstall your old AOL account do it. Next do a search looking for any files marked AOL. Finally do a good spybot search. AOL will oftwen leave malware on your computer when you discontinue usage. People PC is as good as any dial up service and frankly a lot more professional than AOL. If all this fails contact their support. Sometimes a change of a local phone numb er will do the trick

I just got rid of peoplepc. I had it for like 6 months, and it sucked compared to aol. Sure it's cheaper, but it doesn't have half the features. Now I'm trying out the AT&T/ Yahoo thing. It seems a lot better so far.

Do other websites come up normally? MySpace is ALWAYS like that! I use broadband, and can vouch for that!
