Yes. Twice. My wife is extremely sensitive to their presence. We lived in a home that we were leasing that had an older woman die in it. We found out later form the owner about her after my wife saw her doing what looked like housework and we constantly were leaving rooms and returning a short time later to find the lights had been shut off, but neither one of us had done it. It was a bit eerie at first, but she wasn't mean, just tidy. In our current home, my wife as seen her father and her aunt. Both of them passed away here from natural causes, but her Dad did leave with unresolved issues that we have become aware of over the last few years.

Yes, we lived in one when I was a young girl. There was a black figure of a man with a top hat on that would lean over the bed and breath on my mom when she was sleeping and he's wake her up. Other times my dead grandma could be seen at the end of the hall way hovering around the baby's door way. One time we were all awakened in the night - someone or something took a 2x4 and smashed out all the windows around the house (it was a new house in a new neighborhood) No one was ever seen leaving and no suspects were ever found. The house was very creepy - and my mother said she felt like there were eyes looking in all the windows all the time... When they tried to sell the house it went on the market for 2 years and nobody would even come to look at it. Finally they became desperate and prayed to Jesus that someone would by the house. And the very next day a note was put in the mailbox (the for sale sign had been taken down previous to that) and a man made an offer on the house that they couldn't refuse and they sold it right away.

No I haven't...
But I worked for 5 years in a building that was haunted: Theatre Royale at Marriott's Great America in Santa Clara, California (used at the time for Bugs Bunny stageshows).
I worked as a stage-hand, and often when we opened the theater in the morning we would find the large character feet in strange locations throughout the theater... they'd been left in a NEAT row besides the dressing rooms. This occurred for several weeks... and there were only 3 keys to the building.
Then during a reahersal, I saw two kids in the audience out of the corner of my eye... then they were gone. Two of the ushers and a followspot operator had noticed it about the same time.
We called in a "spiritualist"... gave her no info... She came in, walked around... and announced that two children were there... boy & girl... brother & sister... and that they had died very young on the site... in the 1890's or 1900's
This is pre-internet, but we actually found at the library that two kids had drowned in a well... brother & sister, same time-frame... same location.
brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

All of our houses have been haunted to one degree or another. We chose this house because the spirit here is mostly peaceful. Odd things happen, like the smell of bacon cooking every Sunday morning even though we don't do bacon, phantom pots of stew sitting on the dining room table.
In our past residence a spirit of an angry man was present. Prior to that we lived on a farm that had the spirit of a child that had died in the farm pond. He would visit us and move our kids toys about. There was also an elderly gentleman that followed us from a previous residence. we thought that he was our 4 year daughters "imaginary friend" until she identified him in a book on the history of our county. She called him Judy. The man's last name was Judith.
None of it was scary like in the movies but my wife did have a lot of disturbing dreams about fire and suffocation while we lived on the farm. We later learned about the child that had drowned in the farm pond and a fire that had destroyed the original farm house.

Any given night, here in my sisters house, you here what sounds like some one breaking glass. As like a drinking glass fell or something. Then, a few moments after that, the sound of laughter, like that of three small children (girls). All my sisters friends have heard it, the neighbors, the people they bought it from. My sis and B-I-L pay it no mind, I still get up and go see. Oh, and this doesn't only at night, really 80% of it is during the day and the latest its ever happend, sis said, was 'round 7:30. But I guess stranger things have happend, other than this.

Yes. We bought this house a year ago, and strange things have been happening. No, we don't see ghosts, and nothing is scary.
I'll put something down in a particular place. It will disappear for a couple of hours, or a couple of days. Then it will reappear somewhere else.
One morning, I fed my two cats. My wife was home. I went out to do a couple of errands. When I returned, one of our cats was crying at the basement door. He had been locked down there. Neither my wife or I had opened the door to allow him down the basement. How did this happen? There's no other way he could have gotten there.

When my mom was little, she was cleaning her room and she saw a ghost in an old fashion dress in her room and she freaked out and told her mom and she brushed it off because she didn't want to make her more scared because she had seen a different ghost. My Grandma had got the house blessed but sometimes the tv or the fan will turn on or off all by it's self and somtimes you can still have feelings that someone is watching you.
