what is the FSB multiplier (Front Side Bus) of a p4 running at 533 FSB?

is it 4?

cuz 4* 133 = 533

if so, does this mean pc133 RAM is what you need for this cpu and that anything more pc133 ( say 400 MHz DDR) is waste of money..

Yes it is 4. As for the RAM issue, the better RAM will still perform better than the slower RAM. You won't get the full potential of the RAM, but you will get a performance increase, but take a look at what speed of RAM your motherboard is rated for, if you buy faster RAM than what it is rated for then it will work at the speed your motherboard is rated for (unless you have a fancy motherboard that you bought yourself).
