I took an ovulation test on sept 22, it was positive for lh surge. So it said i would be ovulating in the next 24 to 48 hours. I had sex on 23 and 25. today (27) i feel real crampy and my lower back hurts! Yesterday i took a ovulation test and the other line was very faint so i was negative for the lh surge! I'm confused, it already had detected the lh surge. Also today i discovered a white, thick creamy discharge. (not a lot) what is going on! Am i ovulating or am i maybe pregnant? What's going on?

well i had the same thing happen to me with my second pregnancy. i ended up just calling my doctors office and talk to the nurse and told what was going on and she told me that it was normal that i could be ovulating or already be pregnant and told i needed to schedule to come in and they could verify if i was pregnant or ovulting. in my case i was already pregnant so the ovulation test gave me a false reading. so my suggestion, call your doctor and talk to the nurse and see if you can schedule to see the doctor to confirm what is going on cause honey you may be already pregnant. If you are congrats to ya'll. God Bless

Sounds like you ovulating... esp., with the discharge...and the cramping... but I would atleast call a nurse and run it by them at your doctor's office.

sounds like you ovulated and its all over ,you will have to wait till your period is due to find out if you are pregnant.

Are you married? If not - go get married! Also, see a doctor for both your top and bottom if you are trying to conceive a child without the benefit of a man or marriage.

I would stop stressing about it and wait things out. I would wait to see till you miss your period. You really don't have pregnancy pains till you miss your period.
