In order to insure readability I would suggest converting it to a pdf file and attach that with your email client software.
Adobe will convert your first few documents free.

Your e-mail service should have something on the page that says "attach files" If you are using Yahoo, it's right under where you type in the addresses of the people you are going to send it to. Your resume is hopefully on your computer, most likely in a Word file, if you have windows. Simply press the Browse button to look through your computer files and find your resume. If you want to make sure you are doing it right, send the e-mail to yourself first and check.
