Eat lots of fibre & drink lots of water or food with a high water content. It will help to fill you up. Fibre is a natural fat-flusher.

Fruits are good for that (apples, melons) and whole grain cereals. Also If you're going to eat a lot of fibre you have to make sure to take a multi vitamin everyday so that you don't lose the vitamins in your system and feel weak. The fibre and water flush out EVERYTHING - fat, toxins and minerals and vitamins.
Calorie negative foods are foods that take more energy to digest than they really provide (cabbage, celery) and they also make you feel full. That's why there are so many 3-day cabbage soup diets on the internet.

On top of the foods you choose you'll want to speed up your metabolism rate. That's the rate that your body burns fat. You've got to get more physical activity of some sort into your daily routine. (walking, biking)

I have found that the simplest and easiest way to lose weight is a detox diet.

Not only is it simple and fast, it will also leave your skin smooth and radiant and your body full of energy :)

I myself lost 15kg within 2 months using a detox programme and now specialize in helping others lose weight.

drink cambridge diet.3 packs a day sure lose weight..but again u need to be very firm and spend some $ on it..

else diet n exercise is another cheaper way to lose weight.but take some time to c effect

Low carb. If you keep the carbs under 20 mg per day you will go into Ketosis. That just means that will burn fat faster.

It shouldn't be used long term though. If you eat too much protein you will develope protenuria, and it will destroy your kidneys. Just eat lots of green, leafy veggies with the diet.

the easiest way i found is everything you eat cut it in half.also diet pepsi instead of regular and get a sugar substitute.worked for me and it lasted long term,as i wasnt giving up anything if i wanted ice cream had 1 scoop instead of 2 cake same thing .hope all goes well

I'm using Medifast (medifast.com) and I've lost enough weight in less than a week, I can wear my rings again. The diet has made me stop swelling so badly, so my feet don't hurt as much also.

stop eating. drink only water and eat only bread, take vitamen supplemets. and excersise you rump off. i guarintee in a week you will be happy with yor wight
