Is it possible to convert rear drum brakes to discs on a 1996 Honda Accord? If so, how?

everything is possible. But not nessasary.
If you want to do it for the "look" then it is very expensive and involved. Properly adjusted rear drum brakes are very well designed. They will stop your car in just as short of time as disc. upon braking most of the weight is transfered to the front. Spend your money on quality front brakes or get a later model already with disc.

It is possible...There are kits for it for around $800...Find them yourself though.
