below is a list of sites for layouts, graphics, codes, etc. the layouts are usually divided up into categories. once you find a layout you like follow these steps:
1. pick the layout and look for the code the website provides(usually right below the image, or it'll say "click here to get this layout")
2. copy the code.
3. log into your myspace so it's on your home page and hit edit profile.
4. paste the code that you copied into your "about me" section.
5. save that and then view your profile and your new layout should be up.

Teens are clearly using places like MySpace to establish social status. How do young males establish social status? By posting manly, daring images and information that demonstrate independence and bravery and by being listed as a friend on as many profiles of "hot girls" as possible. And how do girls establish social status? By posting sexually provocative pictures and titillating information that attracts the attention and friendship links of manly guys. How does any teen attract attention? By posting hot, intimate information. The teens who are into playing these games are the ones who are most likely playing these games on places like MySpace.
Good luck. I hope you do not attract a pedofile that convinces you to meet him, then rapes/murders/chops you into little pieces and sends them back to your parents in a dozen envelopes.
P.S. You are a text book "bad parent", lisaw_ak. I have four kids and none of them use myspace because I have used computers for obver 15 years and KNOW what the internet and myspace is all about. I pray for you. Good luck.

Don't listen to Feeman...how aweful!!!
Thats like saying every kid in school is a gun toter. We all know thats not true.
I am a mom. All of my kids myspace and have since myspace started. I have a myspace too and monitor my kids activities with out them knowing. The groups we/they are in are not the type he describes (although there is an idiot in every crowd...take Feeman for example!)
To answer your question, go to www.myspace.com/rejectrealitychic it is my daughters sight she is fully loaded, her site is pretty good. (I don't know why it won't show it but the end is rejectrealitychic)
Next to videos and photos are a clickable logo that will take you where you need to go to put them on your sight.
For music just go to any band page....for instance www.myspace.com/theless and on the "stereo" click add me next to the song you want to put on your sight then it will appear automatically on your site.
Go to http://www.imgdump.net/index.php to get the script for your pics, then go to http://www.mygen.co.uk/ to build a very cool site. Copy the script they give you after you build it then paste it in the about me section or interest section uder edit account.
Sometimes you have to play with it and the evening is not the best time to do anything on myspace. There is more out there but this is a good start.

Two good sites. Just copy the codes into your "About Me" section.
And you should be careful with myspace. Don't put anything on there you don't want the whole world to know. Even if it's on private because there are ways around that.

Just copy and paste a free layout thats alreadty finished then modify it with your own stuff.
