Which black people do you refer to? Where do they come from? Have you ever spoken to a person (black or white) from tennessee?
I have recently moved to Tennesse and there are a lot of people I don't understand (and it has nothing to do with their skin colour). Depending on where you were raised and where these "black" people were raised will determine how they speak and how well you are able to understand them. Please be aware that every region has differing dialects and we all need to try to communicate as best as possible.PS!! I have nothing against TN residents and I have learned to understand almost all people here.

it is my humble opinion that there should be a farm located in a isolated area for people who suffer from the disease called IGNORANCE I'ts a disease !!!!! since most diseases are spreadable its is my humble believe. ..... isolate the disease treat it and hope for the best !!!
