2.0 turned in to a fraction is easy it is 2 over 1 or 2/1 the easiest way to make a whole number a fraction is to divide it by another number hence the reason if you look at a fraction it looks as if it is being divided 21.3 is a little tougher but you could do 21and 3 tenths as a fraction you know write the whole number then write 3 tenths as a fraction next to it since .3 is just a decimal form of saying 3 tenths

Put it over one and see if it can have a common nhumber go into both the top and bottom number so
1 would be 2/1
2 would be 21 3/10

Damn I wish they would of had this site when I was doing work such as your question. This should be in your math book, or you should of asked your teacher, but since you got this site to go to you got an answer made easy for you.
