Walk your resume to local fast food places, video stores, clothing stores and resturants. That's what I did to get my first job in high school (and that was about 6 years ago when I lived in a VERY rural farming community)! You gotta get it out there. Check classifeds is good, but may not find you anything. You can get a job as long as you want it.

When I was in school, our guidance counselor had lists of companies that hired teens and even set us up with the jobs. Companies would call for part time jobs as cashiers, stock help, and a variety of duties for students. We made money, got school credits, and had a nice start on entry level resumes. Ask if your school has such a program and if not, find out how you can start one... and then you will have quite an advantage to the good jobs!!!

Keep looking in the Classifieds. Also do walk-ins at area fast food restaurants. Ask for an application and fill one out in the restaurant.
You may also want to check the Internet.
