PS Got another job offer (neither job is better than the other, but I know the other will be busier), pay isn't much of an issue either - it doesn't vary much. It would start in a month. Quit job now? Accept other job? Quit other job in a month after they've fully trained me? What to do! HELP!

I like to stay busy, that's the whole point. It's so slooooooooooooooooow.

I highly doubt I'm going to get much more responsibility with this job..it is what it is... and I'm gonna quit later on if I get a "better" job anyway. But should I stay with a job I hate knowing they will have put a lot of time into training me?

nobody can tell you what is right or what to do in this case you kind of have to decide for yourself. But if it is becoming unbearable then yes you definately need to look for another job. However I do not think one month is going to make much of a difference, If you are really unhappy then perhaps you should quit now.

You don't sound like a quitter but after only one day on the job well... you would be doing exactly that.

If the other job is more busy, and you say you prefer that, and all other things are equal, I would stay on where you are and just put in a notice to quit when you're ready to change to the second job.

Stick the first one out for a few months. You'll probably get more responsibility after you've gotten acclimated. Training for a new job sucks.

Look at the future. Is either a job for advancing?
Is health insurance/401K/pension better?
You seem young--but job-hopping looks AWFUL on a resume. You need to think FAR down the line, then take a job you can live with for 30 years.
If anyone ytells you to LOVE your job, tell them to shut it. One in a HUNDRED people LIKE their job--let alone love it!

Keep that job but look for another one. When you have that job quit the one you have now.

If you like boring, stay with the job that is boring, if you are like me and like to stay busy, than take the one that will keep you busy.

No, give it a chance. Most jobs are boring at first because you don't know what you're doing yet.
