is there a way on internet exployer when looking at history to see when a certain site was visited...time wise

yes there is. By going in the history and clicking the arrow down and choose a date

When you click on the history icon and you get a list showing up on the left of your screen it is arranged in the days of the week.. if this is what you are looking for.. and right clicking on the site will give you the exact time in properties.

Open up the history and right click on the site. Then look at properties.
