Go as a value meal from McDonalds. I have made these myself. They turn out great. I'm an artist, but even so, it was simple and not hard to do and NOT expensive! The person wearing the COKE won first place and it was only made of poster board and markers and packing tape.
I have also made someone a tornado before. Polly fill, fishing strink, black spray paint, a large cardboard box, and some hot wheels and plastic tiny farm animals. Very cool and very inexpensive. I also put a lot of it together with a glue gun.

be superheros, get different 3 colors of fabric (silk like) for capes and buy the same colors (3 colors of the fabric) of those gel masks that you would sleep in, get some sparkly puffy paint and make up a name for each of you wright it on the capes. wear matching colors in clothes like dark blue jeans and a black shirt or all black. you can wear enough clothes for the weather and still have cool costumes if you do it right.

okay i know everyone said this already but charlie's angels rock so i had to say that.you can go as the charmed sisters off my fave show in the world charmed,they are dangerous smart pretty and have a sexual edge to them which makes me wish i was them!How about playboy mates?!No,i'm kidding thats too sexual.Lets see there are dead cheerleaders.Okay,you can go to www.costumeexpress.com for some more ideas and good luck.

or lil jon and the eastside boys! braid ur whole head and wrap a necklace you have in aluminum foil and cover ur teeth with foil too. if u are lil jon, hold a cup.
