No, aluminum is an element, so if you have a ball of aluminum foil in your hand, you're holding pure element number 13.

Some foils do have coatings, most of which are compounds, but the easy answer is no.

The metal part that you see and feel is an amalgum...metals mixed together, but not reacted. But aluminum is an active metal and will oxidize on surface, so aluminum oxide is a compound. good luck
