yes i do... "Bisaya" is actually "Visayan" which is taken from the word Visayas, and in turn again means the group of islands in the middle of the country Philippines... since the country is divided into 3... Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao...
Visayan is actually a proper adjective... for a Visayan dialect/language... ok???
i hope you get it now...

"b" and "v" are pretty much interchangeable in both Visayan and Tagalog -- and anything with a "v" is pronounced with a "b" in both languages. So yeah, Visayan (or Cebuano, it's the same dialect) is called "Bisayan" IN the Visayas :)

not all Visayans communicate stable English, and not all "Northerners" communicate undesirable English. We have been taught in English, human beings use English international huge. We basically could use Tagalog, i propose "Filipino" to bypass that concern. And even in spite of the indisputable fact that we sound tough (particular i'm Cebuano) coz human beings shaggy dog tale around that we basically have 3 vowels (A, I, U) so it may be comprehensible whilst in comparison with another accents up North. like the be conscious eagle, in bisaya some human beings might pronounce it igol or eegul, collectively as some accents might say eegel,
