Corporations want to increase productivity to the maximum and so having someone live within the company to waste less time getting to the company and have more time plowing snow is the best way.

well it is usually required that snow plow drivers in California in the Sierra Nevada moutains, live on top of hills so when it snows alot over night they ski down the hill to work. If you want to live elsewhere where you have to go up hill you are required to own a snomobile
