yes, I heard about it on Oprah a while back. its called thermage. Apparently, its "The newest technology to reverse the signs of aging uses radiofrequency to lift and tighten sagging skin. This radiofrequency gently heats the deep surface of the skin causing it to contract and tighten."

No. I had some laser hair removal done and I asked the technician if there was such a thing. She said if there was, she would definitely be doing it on herself. That was about a year ago.
