I think they say to keep it below 300mg of caffeine a day. So it depends on what you are drinking. That's about 2 cups of coffee (not all coffee is the same, though), 5 cans of Mt. Dew, etc... You can call the 800 number on the package and ask them how much caffeine is in it. Just remember they often tell you per serving and sometimes that is 8oz and sometimes 12oz. However, caffeine does increase risk of miscarriage. Good Luck. And a happy and healthy 9 months to you and your baby.

Probably not, unless you are vulnerable to obesity or diabetes. Neither of these conditions are healthy for you or your baby. Personally, I gave up caffeine drinks when I was pregnant, but I don't know if there is any basis for that. Even two 12 ounce Cokes don't have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, however, so I doubt your child is at risk with your level of consumption.

You REALLY should talk to your doctor about ANY nutritional questions, ESPECIALLY during pregnancy...however, I know when I was pregnant my doctor suggested that I limit HIGH sugar beverages and snacks. Also, most sodas have a high content of sodium and caffeine. Sodium, or lots of salt isn't good for anyone, but especially bad for pregnant women. Caffeine, they say, is not good for growing fetuses. Hope this helps, but REALLY talk to your doctor. Good luck!

Yes, that is bad. you are putting nothing but caffeine into your system and your baby is getting it. Giving that to a developing child can make it irritable when young and that will cause you to loose more sleep than you originally though. Stop now and replace it with a healthy liquid. Like juice or water.

I don't think it's terrible, but maybe you could try to gradually switch over to soda w/out caffeine in it. As long as you're getting plenty of water too, you should be fine though.

If that's all the caffeine you drink you should be all right. If worried about it cut it out and replace it with water or juice

I wouldn't say "bad" but it is unhealthy. Besides, what you doin' drinking that much soda anyways. unhealthy for teeth kidney and you could get diabetes. As for your child, I don't advise you drink anymore AT LEAST untill your kid's born. By the way CONGRATULATIONS!
