I just saw VH1 Behind the Music Nick Lachey and when he was talking about his brother Drew and his new niece he teared up saying that was what was really important and he hopes he has that kind of love with someone someday...what the hell was Jessica thinking?
I remember when her album came out she made a point of constantly saying that she was in a happy spot and she wasn't going to write about the sadness of the past year...Jessica, I've heard your album...Push your Tush...what were you thinking? Maybe you should have put more of yourself and written with your heart which is exactly what Nick did and that's why his album has out sold yours...Yes, you cried on your MTV special when you sang Let Him Fly...sorry babe...too little, too late...Maybe you were crying cause John Mayer didn't want to date your "desprate" ***. If I was you I'd get on my knees and beg Nick to come back and this time try being married to him instead of your creepy Dad....

I think that she has completely disregarded her so called Christian morals, she has chosen fame and fortune over her husband. Someone should have told her that Marriage is difficult and takes work, any relationship does. I don't think she really understands what is happening. This whole cutesy act she has going on isn't going to last long. I was actually surprised to hear it had been Jessica doing the dumping. Nick seemed to have to put up with a lot of childish and immature behaviour. I think she thought of Nick as a father figure, and she probably pouted and held her breathe until he signed the divorce papers.

agreed she lost a great man. if jessica was too blind to see what she lost, then nick is better off. He needs to find someone who will appreciate them. nick always seemed to be there for her, and it seems like once their relationship started failing she quit on him. He seemed like a good husband and he's not like those hollywood people out there who only marry for fun. He married jessica because he actually saw a future with her. Its too bad she lost him, its truly her LOSE. I would've never let go of a man like that, he seems accepting and i love his album. I'm not one to love those lovey-dovey songs but it seems like he's singing from the heart..she didn't even put her HEART into that album..no wonder it flopped...

I agree. She's a dumb b*tch that's stuck on herself. Nick is SO much better off now. His career is soaring now that he's not with her and I bet you anything she's regretting her decision. Her album is pure trash and even her hardcore fans say it sucks. I heard bits of her album on circuitcity.com and every song has a horrible teenybopper Spice Girl beat. I'm glad that Nick has moved on and has outsold that airhead.

Nick's released singles after their break up is so sappy and make him sound like a loser... Look at What's Left of Me and I Can't Hate You Anymore... I mean, I love those songs but it sounds as though he could not stop moaning over their broken relationship!! Be a man and stop moaning already! She, on the other hand, did great by releasing Public Affair... a song about having fun with her girl friends and not those oh-you-broke-my-heart-and-now-I-am-dying-in-this-pain sad songs

Big mistake, Nick is a good gentle caring person, I wish him all the best, Jessica got to big for her own britches, she end up lonely, and wish things were different.

Oh my....best thing that could have ever happened to Nick. She is what she is, pure stupid white trash! Now at least he has a chance to live without that idiot on his arm. His career now stands a chance! She is truly pathetic and her stupidity is legendary!

I personally think that Jessica will be just fine...no matter what or who she does. She's got talent and her own money. She doesn't need anyone to define or complete her.
