Bought ipod that plays music and movies and my son dropped it and yes the screen is broke.Best buy will not replace or help me out with whom to go to. Had for 2 weeks and I bought 150.00 of insurance which does me no good. Doesn't cover breakage.

Call Apple or go to an Apple store. I assume that you registered it. Bring your receipt. Those genius bar guys are the nicest. They will probably replace it for you.
A friend of mine dropped a wrench on his. big old dent in the back. They replaced it for him even though they said they shouldn't.
It is definitely worth it to buy the product and warranty from Apple.

Your best bet is to call Apple I don't think the screen alone is easy to replace.

I think it is impossible to just get a new screen. Hopefully you got the extended warenty. You have to send it back to apple.
