While they were grouting it, my daughter walked across barefoot. [ Looks like body oil??? ] I'm afraid of taking the finish off, but have tried vinegar, all kinds of mild soap, nylon net scrubbers and Lysol tile cleaner full strength with no luck. Help!!!!!

It is on the surface, not in it, If tile was that fragile, people would not use it, Buy a fine wire brush, or steel wool and see if you can remove it. Work slowly and on one tile until you are satisfied with the results. It worked for me. if it seems to dull the tile you can either stop, or apply a sealer to it, and call in the pros.

Acetone, from either home depot or Kragen's/pep Boys.

Open a window/door when you use it.
