10n=1.25...
1000n-10n=124

n = .125252525 = .1 + .02525252525....
10n = 1 + .252525....
say, .252525 = m
so, 10n = 1 + m
now, m = .252525...
100m = 25.252525...
100m = 25 + .252525...
100m = 25 + m [as .252525 = m, we've assumed previously]
99m = 25
m = 25 / 99

now, 10n = 1 + m
10n = 1+ 25 / 99
10n = 124 / 99
n = 124 / 990
n = 62 / 495

so, answer: 62 / 495
