Pair of 7's with jacks wins the hand. The kicker has no effect if another person has a higher pair.

The person with 7 7 J J J wins with a full house.

The other person has 2 pair with a King kicker - 6 6 Q Q K

Here's the poker hands, from best to worst...
Royal Flush - 10 J Q K A of the same suit
Straight Flush - a run of five cards, all of the same suit (eg. 3 4 5 6 7 of spades)
Four of a Kind - four of the same card (eg. K K K K 5)
Full House - a pair and three of a kind (eg. 7 7 J J J)
Flush - five cards all the same suit
Straight - a run of five cards, suit doesn't matter
Three of a Kind - three of the same cards (eg. J J J 8 9)
2-Pair - (eg. 6 6 Q Q K)
Pair - (eg. 66 J Q K)
High card - if no one has at least a pair, the person with the higest card wins, starting with the Ace and working backward

Two Pair Queens and 6s win. With two pair vs two pair the higher of the pairs matters, not the lower one unless both players have the same high pair.

based on the detrimental reaction to the reasonable tries by skill of the Obama team to inject race into the marketing campaign i might say no. It replace into very valuable against Hillary interior the primaries, yet much less so to that end a procedures interior the final election. To defeat the race card all that has to ensue is for McCain to no longer take the bait. The minute McCain comments on it immediately he would be in a foul place. inspite of the incontrovertible fact that, if his team ignores the tries it is going to proceed to backfire because it has a minimum of as quickly as already with Obama's funds remark.
