November may not be that cold, it will be cold in December though. It may be rain or snowy. The lake can cause more snow then in other areas of the state. So I would bring some warm clothes.

Usually cold, probably in the 30's-40's most of the time. It usually starts snowing sometime in November, but may or may not accumulate. Cleveland gets "lake effect" snow from Lake Erie. Sometimes in December, you'll get a few days of "Indian Summer", where it will warm up into the 50's-low 60's.
You should definitely bring lots of warm clothes!!

I live about an hour south of Cleveland. Cleveland gets TONS of snow (because we are nearby Lake Erie--lake effect snow), and it's very cold. Buy some warm clothes! Good luck!
