You need to use a suede brush.
DO NOT use saddle soap as this will ruin them.

It is always a good idea to protect them with a good waterproof protector as well and this will make them easier to clean. This should be done on a regular basis.

I have 2 pairs of Uggs - one suede and one smooth leather. I use leather cleaner and leather lotion/cream for the smooth pair and to be honest the suede ones scare me so I always have a professional shoemaker clean them. I tried a shoeshine guy before and he ruined a pair... not his fault but the suede on Ugg's seems to be very difficult to clean well. I would definitely let a pro do it if you can.

Buy one of those special suede brushes. You can get them an any place that sells shoes. And keep them well spayed.
