Were in Junior High. He's the new kid. He's friends with my brother. And we do talk. I still dont know if he knows my name. Sounds stupid but oh Well.

If he does KNOW your name, then he definitely likes you. The question is .......does he know your name? You have to find out.
Try joking with him and say something funny like "what is my first name....DUH!!!???" Then, if he does know it, the next question is.........how does he like you? As a friend, as your brother's sister, or.......does he have a CRUSH on you? If you like him, just smile, look into his eyes when you talk to him, and definitely use his name when you talk to him. Always use his name when you say "hi" to him. Everyone loves the sound of their own name, and an acknowledgement that you do know his name!!

Well talk to him! Flirt with him, and make sure to get the fact that you like him out there. Laugh at things that he says, and smile at him a lot. And once in a while, give him a one-armed hug, like buddies do. He'll get the message. And his response will tell you exactly what you're looking for. Good luck :)

It's not stupid.
Just talk with him about things that interest him and smile a lot. You'll get to know him and then you can figure out if he likes you...

Guys are very hard to follow. Your best chance is to either
a)talk to him yourself if he's the shy type
or
b)wait for him to make a move

get your brother to ask him if he likes you and then just go along with whatever he says. If you really really like him then just ask him yourself. ( try not to laugh!)
