Yeah, I've always waited for the guy to make the first move which shows why I'm single for the moment. But I'm thinking of being agressive and make that move first.

well for me the guy should always make the first move because i'm a shy girl and afraid of rejection.

That depends....you dont want to come off all "fatal attraction", but if the timing and situation are right I dont see why you couldnt tell a guy how you feel about him. Play it by ear, and if the feelings seem mutual-go for it!
