Why can't we just come up with an idea for a perfect world, where nothing bad happens and carry out the plan?

this really is a silly question. Who would suggest an idea for a perfect world? Would it be Bush or a fanatical Muslim. Different people and cultures would have different ideas as to what would make a perfect world and there is absolutely no chance of getting everyone to agree. You forget lots of people are greedy and others seek power to the detriment of others.You can dream the dream but it will never be reality. Whenever has the world ever been at peace?
