depends on the extent of your tuneup, like did the ball joints and U-joints get replaced or checked, how bout the tie rod ends and all the suspension parts that need to be greased. did ya change the shocks yet? how bout the air filter and plugs and plug wires, then ya have pcv valves and whatever else little sensors that go out, like the O2 sensor
