I don't know what ABY DPF means.
Adult babies are people over the age of baby who should be out on their own in the world and are still living and mooching off mom and dad.'

An adult baby is an adult who derives pleasure and relief from stress by acting; behaving or being treated as a baby or toddler.
Many couples use the adult baby fetish in their sex play and get huge pleasure from it. Think of how many times women call their boyfriends or husbands 'baby' !!!
It is a much misunderstood fetish - many people think it actually has something to do with real children. Nothing could be further frm the truth.
Try looking on eBay under adult baby. It is a huge market selling adult diapers; pants; clothes etc. Even adult cribs / cots.
DPF is a website whose full title is Diaper Pail Friends.... they sell items for the Adult Baby market.

adults with downs syndrome? or adults that were emotionally and psycholgically abused as young children and never got to completely grow up and mature mentally.
