How is it that limewire has been able to keep going without being shut down?

I'm sure the authorities know about it. How do they manage to give away free music?

i dunno but my dad was saying the same thing becuz of how napstar was free and now there not. soo yea i mean i have limewire and it still goes on free but of course they tend to put ads in some if the songs or images u download so that might be one reason.

bcuz of the money they make off of spam... and viruses that come along with the software... and its probably based out of another country not US....

Lime wire is shareware it isnt illegal.
