Ok my question is this... My porch has no cover what so ever on it, so when it rains and or snows, it gets very slippery.... you can actually see the green(mildew or mold) on the porch, but only when it rains, what can I do to make it not so slippery????

Bleach will kill the mold. Pour it on, sweep it back and forth, hose it off. If you then want to paint it, give it two coats...one coat, then sprinkle sand on it, then another coat over the sand.

I park my Porsche outside, and it also has no cover whatsoever. And yes, when it snows, it gets VERY slippery. But you can't see mildew on it -- that's a little weird. If you want to make it not so slippery, you might try just driving faster.

Hope this helps!

Give it a good scrub down, then waterproof it with deck sealer. You can buy that at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware....and the like.

Try spraying Windex on it. No, not to clean it... I've heard that Windex will not allow ice to form. Hopefully this will help.
