If you know me in real life, I am the most conservative college Republican ever.

Here I shall try to explain why liberalism is bad:
1. Unions. Unions are destroying America with their awful idea that they should make higher wages and better working conditions. Boohoo! What about opressed millionaires? Why do liberals want lower salaries for CEOs? I know: because they hate freedom and are secret closet socialists.
2) Gay marriage. Liberals whine that you should be able to marry anyone you want to even if they are a member of the same sex! Well, again, boo hoo and GROSS!
3) Iraq. Liberal wimp-o's like Arianna Huffington and Hitlerly Clinton believe that the war is unjustified! These far-left communists scream that there is no link between Sadam and Al Queda. Well, I tell these communists that we are bringing freedom and democracy to these countries so it doesn't matter about their America-hating opinion.

You are very selective in your examples. If those 3 reasons are the only reasons you hate more liberal views then you are naive.
I would agree with #1 - Unions had their time and place in this country, with current labor laws the need for unions is over.
#2 - Gay Marriage - I am not gay, not even mildly interested and as such could honestly care less if they want to marry. Sees no problem, sees no long term ill effects for this country. Why shouldn't gays be as miserable as other married people?
#3 - Iraq - So it's communistic to hate an unnecessary war? It's communistic to be offended that we, the American people, we're lied to in order to get us involved in this war? It is communistic to be against the US trying to impose our ideas of freedom on a country? War, government control, uncontrolled expansionism - that is what this administration has been about and that seems much much more communistic than anything. You call yourself a 'conservative' and yet you back the far right wing actions of this administration. You sould take a long hard look at what conservatism really means.

I agree with the first one. Unions were a good idea at first, but they've served their purpose and have no place anymore.

The second...I believe they should be allowed to marry. I know you think it's gross, but they're being 'gross' now anyway. Marrying won't encourage or discourage that, nor will it harm anyone else, and it MAY even promote monogomy...thereby lessening the spread of AIDS.

The third...The war in Iraq IS unjustified. Bush Sr. should have taken Saddam out years ago. The Senate (yes, the senate under G.W. Bush) said that Saddam had no ties to Al Qaeda. We can bring all the democracy we want, to where ever we want...but not now. When we went into Iraq, we allowed Bin Laden to waltz back to Afghanistan after he invaded our homeland. Iraq was hardly a priority, not to mention that in the past month, TWICE the Iraqi Army has stood back and allowed American troops to do all the work, while they decided A) they didn't need to be on time to back them up, and B) refused to go to Bagdad to quell the violence because they didn't realize when they signed up for the Iraqi Armed Forces, that they might be required to leave their little home towns to serve. The longer we stay, and the more of OUR troops we send (or extend)...the longer they'll let us do their job.

For the most part I agree with you. The Unions are chasing much commerce to third world nations because the manufacturers would go broke catering to their demands. Gay marriage, unwed parents and a lack of commitment to one anorther are also part of this problem. Atheism and a lack of religion has further eroded our country. Number three is your weakest answer. The link between Sadam and Al Queda is that he was willing to harbor terrorists and repeatedly refused UN mandates. Keeping the war in Iraq - keeps it off of US soil. Yes, liberalism is bad but I do believe we will defeat the Clintons, Huffington, Pelosi, Kennedy and Reid at the poles.

Yes and No liberalism is bad because It believes in a faulty system. Socialism will be the downfall of this country. Welfare is given to people who pissed away there chance. instead of going to school and getting good grades the people on welfare skipped class and smoked pot. And Liberals and socialist think that we should pay for these peoples well being. people have a right in this country to make dumb decisions and its not the American peoples duty to pay for these bums. there are plenty of charity's that can support these people. Liberalism has also spent the last 6 years trying to destroy Bush rather than helping the Conservatives to destroy the enemy's of America.
Don't vote Republican vote Libertarian.

agree with you on numbers 2 and 3. But not on the unions.
It is true that unions have pretty much gone too far and have only hurt themselves.

But long ago when unions were first starting and the working conditions here were so deplorable and we even had child labor...the unions were right on target.

Unfortunately the government workers are being unionized and holding citizens hostage.

No. Your argument is baseless. It is typical of someone who is biased, misenformed, biggoted, and devisive.

Unions- may have to be revamped, but You owe a tremendous thank you to those before you that faught to ensure your fair pay and a reasonable workday.

Gay Marriage- Marriage may be sanctified by religion, but the advantages given to hetro couples should be offered to any couple who would pledge fidelity. otherwise it is discrimination.

Iraq - $100million dollars a day! Enough said

Get your head outof your as*

No.

Unions..... helped create many of the worker safeguards that people take for granted.

Iraq--was no direct threat to america. He never had ties to Al-Queda. No WMD's. He was safely contained after the gulf war.

Gay Marriage....This is THE LAND OF THE FREE. You can't legislate morality on adults. And what adults do is between them.
It may not be right, but it's their business, not yours.

I just wasted another minute reading another rant which only makes more people vote anything but Republican. You are campaigning for Democrats and you don't even realize it. Priceless.
