try kissing her if u dont feel anything let her know... if u do then hey!!.. just kidding..
she probably needs to meet guys.. since u go to an all girls school so i would introduce her to another guy... so she can socialize with more people tell her that anythhing between u guys would probably mess up your friendship.. that u dont want that

This same thing happend to me.
I said," I dont care what turns you on in bed. but I will not ever get into a romantic or even sexual situation with you. The fact you told me this makes me uncomfortable... so I hope you dont mind if I act differently for a while.. maybe even stay away.
Her feelings for you shouldnt be changed because she's attracted to you... she should respect how you feel too.
It will fade.... If she's changing too much for you, dont be afraid to find a different crowd.
REMEMBER.... Show me who your friends are and I will show you what you are. Old addage.

If you are her TRUE friend than yes, of course! Just tell her that you have no interest in girls, and that if it was to hard for her to be around you anymore that you understand, and if she ever needed anything you will always be there for her. I am sure she is confused about things, just try to be there for her as best you can.

keep an open mind---if you don't feel that way tell her-and maybe distance yourself for a while until you can be comfortable around you like you were. If you are you true friend you will not abandon her -. Be supportive of her needs and emotions...

Tell her that you don't like her that way, and you just want to remain friends. If you feel that you don't want to be friends with her or something like this, then don't. My friend is bisexual, and I'm prefectly fine with it. Just tell her that you don't like her the way she likes you. If she's really your friend she'll understand, and remain friends...just friends with you. Hope this helps you. :]

Just explain to her that you don't feel the same way.....
I don't understand...why can't you be friends? Is it just because you feel uncomfortable? that's not really fair. But, if she's really wants to be your friend......she will understand and not make you feel uncomfy.

WOW!!!! YOU MUST BE THE BOMB. BUT YOU MUST BE TRUE TO YOURSELF, IF YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED, TELL HER. SHE WILL GET IT. SHE IS STILL YOU'RE CLOSE FRIEND/BEST FRIEND. THERE IS NOTHING A FRIEND CAN'T DISCUSS--EVEN SEXUAL DIFFERENCES.
