If you don't want to pay a couple hundred dollars for your dentist to do it professionally, you can use Crest Whitestrips and do it at home yourself. I did it and it worked. Here's a link to their website for more info: http://www.whitestrips.com/en_US/home.jsp?hasGoodBrowser=true

Brushing you teeth, flossing, and using mouth rinses willl not get your teeth white. You see, over time, no matter how well you take care of your teeth, they get stained from the water you drink, the food you eat, and the air you breath (depending mainly on where you live) This is natural- and inevitable. What you'll need to do is buy teeth whitener strips and you can find those most any where, and use those for 1-2 months 1-2 times a year. Just to let you know, your teeth will be sensitive to the strips at first, but after a while, you'll get used to them. Oh, and they are expensive- just a head up. ^_^ Hope that was helpfull!!!

It tastes kind of disgusting, but the quickest and cheapest way is to brush your teeth with straight baking soda, right out of the box. Pour about a small spoonful into the palm of your hand, dampen your toothbrush, dip it hard into the powder, then scrub away as usual. When you spit, you'll be shocked at all the brown crud. Do this once a week or so and it will really help get rid of coffee, tea and tobacco stains from your teeth.

If you have naturally yellowish teeth, you may have to save up and go to a dentist for a whitening treatment such as Bright Smile, but there are intermediate things you can try for less money, such as Whitestrips.

You can buy a tooth whitner tooth paste that helps some or you can buy a bleaching toot gel it does wonders, but you need to be careful what you put on your teeth you can do permant damage to them by using the wrong styff. I would try asking my dentist if i were you. Two times a day brushing is not enough. You should brush after every meal and before bed time don't skip any of your brushings.

dont try whitening strips...the side affects havent taken place yet as there has not been enough time. laser whitening wears off, and is expensive. i have no idea about baking soda but it sounds nasty, try it if you have to. oh and i think the whitening strips melt your teeth or somethin in 10 years so....yea

Your teeth have an underlying color or shade. Use of antibiotics as a child often stains the dentyne brown. This can't be fixed. Except make-up.

Try Crest white strips. They're a little pricey, but you can get coupons in the paper now and then. They do work.
