how do u send an email to a phone? like a picture? to a cingulair phone?

On my LG CU320 phone I can take a picture or short video and send it as a message to someones phone. To an email account they have to change the format of it because the phone's format of the picture is different then what the computer uses. Hope this helps. BTW it's a UMTS phone on Cingular.
