Oh, yes!
I have been a liberal in both a profession and at church that more often than not lean either conservative or naturalist. I believe many conservatives look towards a person's personal behavior, while liberals look towards a person's societal behavior. Both are important, no doubt about it, and I agree with many things on both sides. But, I feel more strongly liberal.

For example, I currently live in Texas, a very conservative and individualistic world. I have nothing against guns and hunting (in fact we need hunting to cull an overpopulation of animals), but I strongly believe that we need gun registration, and no as-sault weapons. God didn't kill for us - He died for us.

I also think that landowners have the right to use their land as they wish as long as it does not harm the greater good. Allowing clear cutting or placing a fuel refueling depot upstream from a major water supply is definitely bad policy. We are God's stewards.

We must help those less fortunate than us, but we must not do for them generation after generation. We do need some flexibility. Whoever does for the least of men, they do for Me.

Personally I am sick and tired of our politicians - very few are good. I wish we could go back to a time where people served for 4-8 years and then went home. We have no Statesmen anymore.

This so called insight may be based on faith in life but if it is going to be based on faith, it should be faith in God. Otherwise, this so called insight and any other insight should have some practical and rational segments for support.

I must respectfully disagree....I do not believe Liberals believe in God.....As the Son of Man and the Holy Spirit.
I believe they have an interchangable "god" to fit their adgenda and or political direction... (i.e. Tree Huggers, Abortionists, Destroyers of the family ect...)

I know I will be called mean.....But I must tell you my heart.
