The real thought on breast implants? That there are SO many
options for breast implants! Don't listen to this, "well meaning" advice that implants look fake. My g/f got them done 2 years ago,
and the only way people know if she had a, "boob job" is if she tells them! When you council with the surgeon, you tell him what you would like (bigger, alot bigger, to be perky or totally natural etc.), and he examines you then tells you what he can do to get you what you want (I.E. really big might take 2 or more surgeries, the type of skin and support you have will dictate if you need saline or silicone etc.).
So really hon, the question shouldn't be, "how does society
feel about implants?" It should be, "Do I really want to do this, can I afford this, or where is a great surgeon located?" Good luck
with whatever you decide. Also, check out my other answer about surgery etc. It has 2 really good links for you to do more
research......

I have the implants and have had them for six years. I only developed a breast on one side leaving the other side totally flat. At 25 I had them done, my situation was called a physical disability and believe me I felt deformed. I met my husband when I was 21, we had two children before I had the implants done. So it really doesn't matter how much you have. My husband loved me before and he loves me the same after. I got them done for me so I could were the dresses I liked and feel normal for a change.
It was the most painful operation I have ever had. It took three operations to do. And at the implants age of ten years I have to go back in and have then replaced with a new set. This I am not looking forward to at all. So my advice is unless you are deformed then be happy with what you have, you don't need boobs to have sex appeal believe me. You need personality

i've got not got them yet my previous boss used to enable me play with hers as quickly as we've been out ingesting. rather of specializing in how bizarre it fairly is, enable's handle your concerns. Implants have come a protracted way, yet there is mostly a probability of hardening or different with a bit of luck greater minor themes. Hers have been perfect. damn perfect. Bouncy, delicate, finished yet not too around. regarded great with or with no bra - organic basically greater suitable. She grow to be an entire B or so and went to a D. She chosen a plastic surgery board qualified rfile and paid lots for them. ok a guy she is acquainted with paid for them yet we've become off subject be counted lower back.

Dont worry about the men. Do it for yourself. I had them done and I love them. I am married with 2 kids and I have always wanted a bigger chest. I went to the doc, found my size, went through the pain, and now I feel proportioned. I measure about a 36D, but it looks good because im thick. And if the doc does it right, they wont look too fake. Mine are saline and are under the muscle. Remember its for you and only you.

I have to say I agree with you as far as the sexual appeal and helping my figure. I also have a nice rear and I have a B breast size, your going to have to make the decision but I am going to have it done as soon as I have the money to do it. As far as guys thinking that they aren't attractive, well my suggestion is to be upfront with whom ever you get with and tell them how you feel about it, if you feel as strongly as I do about it he will see your side of it and support you all the way. As far as after, guess what? now that's who you are and you will be much happier after getting them but don't get them too big because they do look fake. All I want is to get a little more then what I have now, which is a C. You are going to have to make the final decision, you have to look at you everyday. Good Luck!!!!

Get breast implant surgery in India. Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for American and Canadian patients, as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
My cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. She is more than very happy with the results. She just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. I personally have seen the wonderful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company. I hope this helps.

If you have to rely on the size of your chest to attract boys then you have bigger issues that require better analysis than what you will find here.
In other words? Forget the implants...

oh, man, girl, don't get implants!! B's are GREAT! Big boobs are such a hassle...BELIEVE me. You don't need big boobs to have sex appeal. Look at Shakira...she is incredibly gorgeous and has a GREAT butt and small boobs. She even talks about her boobs not being mountains in her song and she is totally cool with it. It's all about your personality: all the sex appeal you need
