Are there other names for Slufcic, Poland

i searched my map and my travel books and the closest i could find was slupsk (the L has a slash through it making it sound like a w - swoopsk)
it's in the northern region nearer Gdansk. it's a large town about 18km from the coast. it's in the region considered Pomerania. please clnfimr is this is the town you seek?!

It is the capital of the region of Middle Pomerania and has been the capital of Słupsk County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship since 1999. It was previously the capital of the Słupsk Voivodeship (1975-1998)
Słupsk is on the Słupia River, about 18 km from the Baltic Sea. Historically it is connected with Sławno and Ustka, smaller towns nearby.

You probably misspelled the word, so it is hard to guess what you meant... Maybe it is SŁUPSK. It is in the north of the country. Other names are not used actually...
