You can try eye doing exercises to improve your vision. I recently started doing eye exercises to try to improve my vision. I created a blog where I record my progress with the exercises.
I haven't seen any improvement as yet, but other people (who have experienced improvements) also post comments about their experiences as well. You can check it out at: http://improvingmyeyesight.com/blog
You can also check out these articles:

You can take "bilberry" in capsule form. During world war 2, fighter pilots ate bilberry pie and noticed their eyesight was strengthened. Studies have since then proven this. you can go to a health store or like I do order it online from one of the best neutraceutical companies in the world at: www.2bewell.freelife.com

The only way to do that right now is to wear glasses. Carrots are good for your eyes though.

i think continuing to eat healthy foods (especially those with ample beta-carotene) is your best shot. avoid straining your eyes as much as you can. wear sunglasses that protect against UV rays. other than that, poor eye sight can be hereditary... so up to a certain point, there's nothing much you can do to reverse it besides lasik.
