U can't control the weather only Mother nature can.

On the large scale - intentional control of the weather is beyond our capability. Unintentional control does occur on some scales and has occurred for centuries - as in deforestation, agricultural use that changes regional climate and the micro climates of built up urban areas - the urban heat island. So yes, we do influence some aspects of weather over varying areas but at present large scale and intentional control of weather is beyond the power of mankind.

U CANT CONTROL THE WEATHER OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!! but u could when inside to make it hot use your heater tomake it cold use a a.c to make it snow get some snow fakes from outside and just hang on the fan or light and it shall snow i m smart aint i muhuhahahahahahahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
